Enter any domain to see which company hosts it. We check four public signals (the IP address owner, reverse DNS, nameservers and the web server's headers) and show the evidence behind the answer, with a confidence level. If the site sits behind a CDN such as Cloudflare, we tell you the real host is hidden instead of guessing.
How the host checker works
- DNS: we resolve the domain to its IP addresses.
- IP owner: we look up who the IP block is registered to, using the official regional registry (RDAP).
- Reverse DNS: many hosts name their servers in their own domain.
- HTTP headers: web servers, managed hosts and platforms (Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Vercel, Netlify) often identify themselves.
We match these signals against fingerprints for dozens of hosts, clouds, CDNs and site builders. When two or more signals agree, confidence is high. Nameservers tell you who runs the DNS, which is often not the web host: we show it separately.

Frequently asked questions
Is this host checker free?
Yes: no sign-up and no limits for normal use. To keep it fast for everyone, we limit very heavy use from a single connection.
Why does it say "behind Cloudflare"?
Cloudflare and similar services sit in front of the origin server and hide it. That protects the site, and it means the real host can't be identified from outside.
Can it find a site's hosting account or owner?
No. It identifies the hosting company only. Owner details are private; the WHOIS lookup shows the registrar.
